The Role

We're looking for a Project Coordinator based in Kentucky to support our expanding presence in the state. You'll work closely with Kentucky regulatory agencies to ensure successful implementations, smooth operations, and outstanding client relationships. This is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with a fast-moving company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for Kentucky-based government clients
• Coordinate implementation projects from kickoff through go-live
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications
• Facilitate training sessions and support user adoption
• Document client requirements and relay feedback to product and engineering teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency stakeholders
• Assist with data migration planning and coordination
• Support ongoing client success and satisfaction

Requirements

• 2+ years of project coordination or client-facing experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working with government agencies and understanding their unique needs
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Based in Kentucky with ability to travel locally for client meetings as needed
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Nice to Have

• Experience working with state government agencies
• Background in software implementation or SaaS
• Familiarity with professional licensing or regulatory processes
• PMP or similar certification
