Google Cloud provides the infrastructure that GovCore runs on. This covers regional data residency and the security controls that regulatory bodies require.
SHI provides contracting vehicles and procurement support for public-sector acquisition. An agency acquires GovCore through a route it already holds.
Insight provides contracting vehicles and procurement expertise for public-sector agencies. It supports acquisition within the applicable procurement rules.
