AI for regulators

AI that assists the regulator, never replaces the decision.

Assistance, triage and drafting: governed, auditable, and enabled only where the agency chooses.

All capabilities

A regulatory decision must be attributable to a person. That constraint determines how GovCore applies AI. The AI drafts, triages, summarizes and retrieves. GovCore records each occasion. A reviewer can examine any AI involvement in a matter.

  1. 01Assistant

    An assistant inside the workspace

A conversational assistant sits in the staff application, with streaming responses and history. It works on the records your team already has open.

  2. 02Drafting

Drafting that starts from your material

Generative assistance for correspondence and summaries. It runs on the Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude families of models.

  3. 03Triage

    Assisted triage, not automated judgement

Configurable rules let AI evaluate and prioritize a new record, and mark what a person should read first. The AI orders the queue. It does not decide the outcome.

  4. 04Documents

    Document intelligence

AI reads uploaded documents and correspondence. A caseworker starts from what the file contains, not from page one.

  5. 05Governance

The agency controls where AI runs

An agency sets the model configuration per agency and per record type. The agency holds the instruction and reasoning settings. GovCore does not enable AI in an area that the agency has not selected.

  6. 06Audit

    Every use logged and reviewable

GovCore keeps a complete audit of AI activity. A reviewer can examine any AI involvement in a regulatory matter afterwards. This is the standard for every other action in the system.

  7. 07Interop

    Interoperability with agency AI tooling

GovCore can expose data and actions to the agency's own AI assistants through an open interoperability standard, under the agency's own controls.

AI assists a regulator. It does not replace regulatory judgement. The agency governs every capability on this page, and GovCore logs each use.

We provide demonstrations to government agencies at no cost. They create no obligation. We work through your own licence types, workflows and reporting requirements, not a generic configuration.
