Compliance & continuing education

Continuing competence, tracked and verified.

The system enforces continuing-education rules, delivers examinations, and tracks certification currency.

All capabilities

Most agencies administer continuing education by hand. Staff count hours, check categories against a published list, and track exceptions by email. GovCore holds the requirements as configuration. It enforces them at the point of submission and delivers the examination.

  1. 01CE rules

    Requirements enforced as rules

The system enforces total hours per licence type, self-study caps and category rules. It identifies a submission that does not satisfy a requirement at the moment of submission, not at audit.

  2. 02Self-service

    Licensees log their own hours

Licensees browse, view and submit continuing education with documents. They see their progress against each requirement at any time. They get a transcript without a call to the office.

  3. 03Examinations

    Examinations delivered in the platform

GovCore presents jurisprudence and knowledge examinations question by question. It records the result against the licence. The platform administers the examination. It does not only record a credit earned elsewhere.

  4. 04Certifications

    Specialty certifications kept current

GovCore holds CPR and specialty certification records beside the licence they support, and monitors each one for currency.

  5. 05Audit

    Audit drawn from the record

Every record keeps a complete change history, and staff can export it. A compliance audit draws on a report, not on a reconstruction.

  6. 06Reminders

    Reminders in advance of deadlines

GovCore sends automatic reminders by email and SMS as a requirement approaches. It records every message against the licensee.

Demonstrations

See the platform against your own requirements.

We provide demonstrations to government agencies at no cost. They create no obligation. We work through your own licence types, workflows and reporting requirements, not a generic configuration.
