Public & licensee portals

Services the public can complete without your office.

Verification, applications, renewals, payments and records requests, without a call to your office.

All capabilities

Much of the contact an agency receives is about services the public can complete without help. The GovCore portals cover the full range. They include register searches, paid services and formal requests that staff would otherwise handle.

  1. 01Verification

A public register drawn from live records

The public searches and verifies professional and business licences by name, number, status and type. The register reads the same records that staff use. It shows the current position without a separate publication step.

  2. 02Letters

Verification letters, issued and paid for online

The public requests a formal verification letter, pays for it and receives it without staff involvement. Most agencies still produce this letter by hand.

  3. 03Copies

    Certified copies and printable credentials

Anyone who needs a certified copy of a licence or a decision orders it directly. Wallet cards and wall licences are available the same way.

  4. 04Records

Public records requests and data purchase

Structured records requests, and dataset purchase with an order and a payment step. Both are regular administrative tasks. Both become self-service.

  5. 05Transparency

    Board performance metrics in public

GovCore publishes programme performance directly to the public. Staff do not assemble it on request.

  6. 06Accounts

    A complete licensee account

Registration with duplicate detection and multi-factor authentication. The account holds the profile, addresses, documents and invoices. It gives secure messaging with staff, and a dashboard of what is outstanding.

  7. 07Assisted

Assisted service for those who need it

Staff operate the portal for a caller and GovCore records an assisted session. Self-service does not become a barrier for a person who cannot use it.

  8. 08Addresses

    Addresses held separately

GovCore tracks the address of record, practice addresses and residential addresses separately, and validates and confirms each one. The difference has regulatory effect. Most systems collapse it into one field.

Demonstrations

See the platform against your own requirements.

We provide demonstrations to government agencies at no cost. They create no obligation. We work through your own licence types, workflows and reporting requirements, not a generic configuration.
