Complaints & enforcement

From public complaint to defensible outcome.

Intake, investigation, response and decision — one case, one record, one history.

All capabilities

A reviewer is more likely to examine an enforcement decision than any other. GovCore keeps intake, evidence, correspondence and decision together on one case. The record of how staff reached a conclusion stays complete after those staff leave.

  1. 01Intake

    Complaints received as cases

A guided public form asks the complainant to identify the licensee, give details, upload evidence, review and confirm. GovCore creates the complaint as a case and notifies the responsible staff.

  2. 02Casework

    A case workspace for investigation

Grid and board views, case navigation and sub-records. Activities, documents, messages and status workflow all attach to the case.

  3. 03Evidence

    Evidence handled safely

GovCore scans uploaded evidence for malware and releases it only after a clean result. No file from a member of the public reaches an investigator unchecked.

  4. 04Response

Respondents can answer through the portal

The subject of a complaint views it and answers it in their own account. The exchange stays on the record, not in personal email.

  5. 05Reporting

    Adverse occurrence reports

Structured adverse-occurrence reports for a programme with a mandatory reporting obligation.

  6. 06Trail

    A complete decision trail

GovCore keeps every change, message and document with a full history. Staff can still explain an outcome that someone challenges years later.

Demonstrations

See the platform against your own requirements.

We provide demonstrations to government agencies at no cost. They create no obligation. We work through your own licence types, workflows and reporting requirements, not a generic configuration.
