Payments & revenue

Fees collected within the process that raises them.

Integrated payments in both the staff workspace and the public portals.

All capabilities

A fee is a step inside an application, a renewal or a records request. It is not a separate exercise. GovCore takes the payment at that step, through the processor the agency already has under contract.

  1. 01Processors

The payment processor you already have

Hosted and direct payment through Stripe, Elavon, NIC/NICUSA, Paya, Authorize.Net and JBilling. Your processor is a configuration choice, not a migration.

  2. 02Invoicing

    Invoicing built into the lifecycle

GovCore generates and numbers invoices, raises line-item payment requests, tracks payment status and issues receipts. The process that creates the obligation raises the invoice.

  3. 03Pay all

    One payment for everything outstanding

A licensee settles every outstanding balance in one transaction. They do not pay each invoice separately.

  4. 04In portal

    Payment within the task

GovCore takes the fee inside the application, renewal, update or records request that raised it. The confirmation and the receipt go to the licensee account.

  5. 05Card data

Card data stays with the processor

The certified payment processors handle payment cards. GovCore does not. This keeps card data outside the platform scope.

Demonstrations

See the platform against your own requirements.

We provide demonstrations to government agencies at no cost. They create no obligation. We work through your own licence types, workflows and reporting requirements, not a generic configuration.
